Jelly.Tools is a free suite of tools for Twitch streamers and moderators, built and operated by JellyPhishes. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.
1. What data we collect
When you connect your Twitch account via OAuth, we receive and store the following information from Twitch:
- Your Twitch user ID and display name
- An OAuth access token used to make API requests on your behalf
For the Unfollow Checker tool specifically, we store a snapshot of your follower list in our database so that changes can be detected across sessions. This data is associated with your Twitch user ID and is updated each time you run a check.
We do not collect your email address, payment information, or any personal data beyond what Twitch provides through the OAuth flow.
2. How we use your data
- Your access token is used exclusively to make Twitch API requests on your behalf — for example, fetching your follower list, subscriber list, or clip data.
- Follower snapshots are stored only to power the Unfollow Checker and are not used for any other purpose.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.
- We do not use your data for advertising targeting or profiling.
3. Cookies and sessions
Jelly.Tools uses a single server-side session cookie to maintain your login state while you use the site. This cookie is essential for the site to function and is deleted when you log out or when the session expires. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
4. Data retention
Your session data is held for the duration of your browser session and cleared on logout. Follower snapshots stored for the Unfollow Checker are retained until you choose to delete them, or until you revoke Jelly.Tools' access to your Twitch account.
5. Third-party services
Jelly.Tools communicates with the Twitch API to retrieve data for each tool. Your use of the site is also subject to Twitch's Privacy Notice. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or tracking services.
6. Your rights
- Revoke access: You can disconnect Jelly.Tools from your Twitch account at any time via your Twitch Connections settings. This will invalidate your access token and end your session on Jelly.Tools.
- Request deletion: To request deletion of any stored follower snapshot data, contact us at the address below.
- Access your data: To request a copy of the data we hold about you, contact us at the address below.
