1. The service
Jelly.Tools provides tools for Twitch streamers and moderators, including follower tracking, subscriber management, clip management, emote and badge resizing, and related features. The core service is free of charge. Some features ("Jelly.Tools Pro") are available to channels with a Pro membership and to the moderators of those channels. The service is provided without warranty.
1a. Pro membership, gifts and payments
Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Membership page in your local currency and include any applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Membership page. Cancelling stops future payments and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails, Pro stays active while the payment is retried and ends if it cannot be collected.
Free trials and discounts are for new members only, last for the period stated when you sign up, and may be changed or withdrawn for future sign-ups at any time. When a free trial ends, your subscription continues at the price shown at sign-up unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can buy Pro for another Twitch channel as a gift. A gift is a one-off payment for the number of months chosen; it does not renew. Gifts start immediately, or after any Pro time the channel already has. If the channel already subscribes, their next payment is moved back by the length of the gift. Refunded or disputed gift payments end the gifted Pro.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because Pro starts as soon as you pay, if you ask for a refund within those 14 days we will refund you in full — contact us via the Contact page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
2. Twitch API and your account
Jelly.Tools accesses the Twitch API on your behalf using OAuth. By connecting your Twitch account you authorise Jelly.Tools to make API requests using the scopes you approve during the OAuth flow. Your use of Jelly.Tools must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for any actions taken on your Twitch account through Jelly.Tools — for example, unbanning users, adding or removing moderators, or managing blocked terms. These actions take effect on your live Twitch channel immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Jelly.Tools to:
- Violate Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to circumvent Twitch API rate limits or abuse the API
- Access channels or data you are not authorised to view or modify
- Automate requests in a manner that places excessive load on the Twitch API or our servers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Jelly.Tools beyond normal use
3a. Content you upload
Some Pro features let you upload content such as sound files. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to use and share it. By marking an upload as a community item you grant other Jelly.Tools users a licence to use it on their own channels through the site. Uploads must not contain anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any upload at our discretion, including in response to a report from another user, and repeated abuse may lead to loss of access.
4. No warranty
Jelly.Tools is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that data displayed will always be accurate, or that any particular feature will continue to work. Twitch may change or restrict their API at any time, which may affect the functionality of this site.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JellyPhishes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jelly.Tools, including but not limited to data loss, actions taken on your Twitch account, or service interruptions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Jelly.Tools at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using the service at any time and revoke Jelly.Tools' access to your Twitch account via your Twitch Connections settings.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jelly.Tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
